We have a job opening and are seeking out an Op Shop Manager for our Oxenford Op Shop (100-106 Old Pacific Highway, Oxenford Square)! This is a part time position where you will be responsible for the daily operations of Oxenford Anglican Op Shop, working in cooperation with the Op Shop Management Committee. To train volunteers, manage stock movements and grow sales of the business.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.

• Experience in leading, managing, and rostering staff or volunteers.

• Have a keen eye for visual merchandising and styling.

• Possess and demonstrate physical fitness, which involves the ability to bend, walk, lift, push, stand for long periods, and efficiently handle necessary equipment.

• Well-presented and dependable, with an outgoing and friendly disposition.

• Confidentiality and honesty are key requirements of this role.
